But one of the biggest questions that small businesses face is how to successfully grow their organization. Specifically, when and how to bring the HR function into the company. That’s what today’s reader wants to know.

Our firm has about 80 people, and we’ve decided it’s time to ramp up our HR function. Until now, it’s been handled by accounting and some outsourced vendors.
